After one season, our signature restaurant obtained the excellent grade of 16 out of 20 from Gault & Millau. With its authentic yet refined cuisine, 1913 has now become a must in Villars-sur-Ollon. Let yourself be tempted by our signature dish: the spit roast, selected daily by our chef, and made especially for you.

The 1913 restaurant is currently closed and will reopen on June 8th evening.

From that date onwards, the restaurant will be open for lunch: Saturdays & Sundays from 12:00 to 14:00 and for Dinner: Tuesday to Saturday from 18:30 to 22:00 ‍
