The Maison 1913 is the signature "rôtisserie" of Villars Palace, led by Culinary Director & Group Kitchen Chef, Christian Bertogna. It offers generous, authentic cuisine crafted from outstanding ingredients, carefully sourced according to the seasons. Inspired by culinary traditions, a distinctive rotisserie style, and regional flavours, Maison 1913 offers a dining experience defined by sharing, warmth,and conviviality.

Open daily from 12:00 pm to 10:45 pm, both the atmosphere and the menu evolve throughout the day. Conceived as a gathering place, the restaurant brings together local and international guests in a welcoming setting, overlooking the breathtaking Swiss Alpine landscape. A truly distinctive place,where every moment is meant to be savoured, with simplicity and a true sense of authenticity.

During the day, the terrace overlooking the mountains is the ideal place to unwind with a coffee or tea. As night falls, soft lighting and a lively ambiance reveal the creativity and energy of our bartenders, who craft exceptional cocktails such as the “Orient Express” and the “Off Piste Sour.”
