‍Starting September 24th, 1913 Restaurant returns to its roots with a thoughtfully curated seasonal menu that captures the spirit of autumn

Inspired by the treasures of Alpine nature and Mediterranean influence, Chef Christian Bertogna's cuisine will delight you with its authenticity and originality. The 1913, awarded 15 Gault&Millau points, is the perfect place to share an intimate moment with your loved ones in the warm and convivial atmosphere of the Villars Palace.

Opening dinner dates :

April 3rd, 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th from 19:00 to 22:00

May 2nd, 3rd, 28th, 30th, 31st from 19:00 to 22:00

Special menus (upon reservation):

April 5th: Easter menu at CHF 145 per person, served from 19:00 to 22:00. (upon reservation)

April 6th: Lunch buffet on the theme “Traditional Picnic Buffet” at CHF 95 per person, served from 12:00 to 14:30. (upon reservation)
