Laurent-Perrier Champagne Pairing Dinner at Villars Palace - July 24

An intimate gastronomic evening, limited to 30 guests.

On July 24, Chef Christian Bertogna invites you to Maison 1913 for a dinner celebrating fine cuisine and the distinguished champagnes of Laurent-Perrier.

A menu specially created for the occasion will be served, accompanied by a selection of prestigious cuvées presented by Thomas Wunenburger. Each dish has been carefully paired with its champagne counterpart to highlight the character, balance, and flavours of both the cuisine and the wines.

The menu showcases seasonal ingredients, from Lake Geneva fera ceviche and sage-butter roasted turbot to a dessert inspired by Alpine raspberries.
